Quinton K. Gibson passed away on December 3, 2017, after a long and brave fight. Quinton was born in Medicine Lodge, KS on July 29, 1952, to Carrol and Gladys Gibson. On November 15, 1975, he married Janet M. Gibson in Casper, Wyoming.

During his life he enjoyed fishing, bowling, watching movies and spending time with family and friends. Quinton worked as an auto mechanic for many years. He also worked at Walmart in Pratt, KS for five years before retiring. Quinton was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in 1968 at the age of 16. He held a lifelong belief of scriptural values that he lived his life by every day. He knows he will be resurrected to a perfect life in an earthly paradise (John 11:25,26 & Rev 21:3, 4).

He was preceded in death by his mother, Gladys; sister, Annette Leon; and granddaughter, Nichole. Quinton is survived by his father, Carol (Anita) Gibson, Medicine Lodge, KS; wife, Janet Gibson, Cunningham, KS; daughters, Martha Gibson, Springfield, Il , Amy Gibson, Pratt, KS, Christina (Jesse) Warren, Pratt, KS; brothers, Sidney (Linda) Gibson, Longmont, CO, Miles (Janet) Gibson, Dodge City, KS, Jason (Monica) Gibson, Medicine Lodge, KS; grandchildren, Kyle, Kimberly, Noah and Payton; and great granddaughter, Brooklyn.

Services will be held Saturday, December 16, at 1:30 p.m., at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 718 S New Street, Pratt, KS, with Br. Curtis Barron officiating. Any donations can be directed to Jw.org.
