The Skyline boys xc team took second Tuesday at Lyons.

The Skyline boys cross country team took 2nd out of 8 schools at Lyons on Tuesday. They scored 47 points to finish behind only Ellsworth 37.

The Thunderbirds had three Top 10 finishes led by Erik Ghumm 5th 19:16. Right behind Ghumm was Jackson Wallace 6th 19:20.

Also in the Top 10 was Colby Shriver 10th 19:55. Kyle Hampton 16th 20:12 and Keagan Davidson 20th 20:57 also put up low scores for SHS.

Contributing as displacers were Jon Wiltshire 31st 22:14 and Dalton Kenworthy 35th 22:50.

In girls action, the Thunderbirds competed as individuals in the absence of enough numbers to qualify as a full team.

Madison Tyler 9th 23:24 paced the Lady T-Birds with a Top 10 finish.

Katelynn McGraw was 13th 23:51 and Adison Hampton was 24th 26:04.

Next up for the Skyline Thunderbird harriers is the Pratt High Invitational on Thursday in Sixth Street Park beginning at 4:30.
